CourtSeeker Site Terms

Welcome to CourtSeeker (the "App"), a platform dedicated to helping tennis and pickleball players find local courts and access real-time availability information through crowdsourced data. These Site Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the App and its services. The App is owned and operated by CourtSeeker LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the CourtSeeker App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

3. User Accounts & Third-Party Providers

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the security of your password.

Identity Management: Our authentication and database services are powered by Supabase. By using CourtSeeker, you acknowledge and agree that your account information and login credentials will be processed by Supabase in accordance with their terms and security protocols.

Cloud Infrastructure: Data and services may be hosted or stored on the Google Cloud Platform.

Analytics: We utilize Google Analytics to monitor network traffic and usage patterns. By using our service, you consent to the use of cookies and the tracking of your usage data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

CourtSeeker LLC does not share personal user data with third parties, excluding the service providers (Supabase and Google Cloud Platform) necessary to operate the App.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you post, including court availability, facility details, and any other content. By submitting content, you grant CourtSeeker LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information; (ii) harassing, threatening, or spamming other users; (iii) attempting to interfere with the proper working of the App; or (iv) using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding User-Generated Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of CourtSeeker LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

8. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

The App may contain links to third-party websites or resources, as well as advertisements from local businesses or other partners. You acknowledge and agree that CourtSeeker LLC is not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

CourtSeeker LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
